Shipping and Delivery

We understand that a First Communion veil is needed for a very important date. Our goal is to prepare orders carefully, provide tracking and help families allow enough time for delivery and any needed exchange.

Free standard shipping is currently available for eligible orders shipped within the United States. The shipping methods available for an order are confirmed during checkout.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders ship within one to two business days. Processing may take longer during peak First Communion season, for special-order merchandise, when an item is temporarily unavailable or when an order requires verification. An order may arrive in more than one package.

Carriers and Tracking

Orders are generally shipped by the United States Postal Service or UPS. Tracking information is emailed after the order ships. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery within the United States averages approximately three to five business days after shipment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weather, carrier disruptions, address issues and seasonal volume can cause delays.

Urgent and Time-Sensitive Orders

If the First Communion date is approaching, please contact us before ordering so we can check product availability and discuss whether the requested arrival date appears feasible.

Include the Communion date, destination ZIP code and the product name or item number. Expedited service, when available, may require an additional charge.

Shipping Destinations

ElegantVeils.com currently offers website shipping within the United States. No shipping method is currently offered at checkout for destinations outside the United States.

Delivery Addresses

Please review the shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Once a package has entered the carrier’s network, we may be unable to change or redirect it.

Availability and Carrier Delays

We make every effort to keep online availability current. If an ordered item is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss a substitute or cancellation. Christian Expressions® cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will provide available tracking information and reasonable assistance.
